1. Nature of Services

Oasis Enterprises provides digital services that are non-tangible and customized based on client requirements. Due to the personalized and irreversible nature of our services, refunds are not issued once the project is initiated or delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

The service has not yet started, and the refund request is made within 7 days of payment.
A technical or administrative error occurred on our part that prevented project initiation or delivery.
The service delivered was substantially different from the agreed-upon terms in writing.

All valid refund requests will be reviewed within 7–10 business days. Approval is at the sole discretion of Oasis Enterprises.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

Client fails to provide necessary assets or communication required to begin or complete the project.
Change of mind after the service has commenced or been completed.
Delays due to third-party platforms or tools not controlled by us.
Services purchased under discounts, promotional pricing, or bundled packages.
Subjective dissatisfaction once deliverables are shared and approved.

4. Cancellations

Clients may cancel an order if work has not started, by sending a written cancellation request to support@oasisonlinemarketing.com at least 48 hours in advance. If resources have been allocated, up to 25% of the project cost may be deducted as a cancellation fee.
